What we collect

When you use our contact or quote forms, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email, postcode and information about the job.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the work you ask for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or share your details for marketing. If you choose to send your enquiry through WhatsApp, it is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up work, and for job records as required by law.
